The bolt is made from high-tensile steel formed into a "C" shape (also known as a friction stabilizer).
When driven into a drill hole that has a smaller diameter than the bolt, the steel is compressed, creating radial friction against the rock walls.
This compression generates load transfer from the bolt to the surrounding rock, providing immediate support without the need for grouting or resin injection.
